I work at a supplier for the RV industry, we use mostly GXL wire for them. Great advice on how to crimp and heat shrink large conductor wire. Super clean job on the wiring. Well done!
i have contour fans no issues here but i have Junkyard oem ones. Neo mustang just did a video with oem vs doorman and the oem spun faster and flowed more then the aftermarket ones you could actually hear the difference, just a fyi for you pick and pull were $20 up here in Rhode Island, Here is my tip for Mr Tony dont point your heat gun over your box of heat shrink lol your going to end up with a bunch of shrinky dinks us old people will get that lol Another Great video Keep them up
Wow Tony D, you have amazing wiring skills. You make it look way better than even the factory. By the way, I agree with your assessment of Funky 5.0, he’s a really good dude, who tries his best to provide good content.
Great info,I learned a lot from this video! Thank you brother ,car is looking great.Check out House of Dula, he had the same cooling problem. Look at the radiator that he purchased, he explained what was going on etc.Top notch guy as well!👈💯🔥
Mike Dula awesome guy and great channel! I did see that mosnter radiator he has. Definitely a good upgrade down the road. It's gonna be a big money item! Lol
Damn stalker nose is on all ready, lol wanted to see pita tweaking those fenders needed. As for the fan and wiring good info, I try to avoid crimps any more and just re-pin the connectors with good wire, also been playing around with wiring fans in with a PWM controller like an oem to keep temps where I want them, not to hard to do with the holley x and some junk yard parts. Most use a Ford Fusion or c6 vette fan controller and a solid state relay .
Ahh the nose gotta long way to go yet. Ill do one once i get it in the ballpark.. its been a major situation believe me.. as far as repinning the connectors, yes grest idea but the pins were so expensive i had to draw the line..lol
Great video as always. I love your attention to detail. I actually just bought a contour fan also. My sn95 has not been getting the job done on my tutbo mustang.
Thank you brother. At this point anything you can do to keep her cool is gonna be necessary but these fans took 12 degrees off and it actually cools her down now at idle where before she just crept and crept.
Your welcome brother.. I went with TYC fans which is a really good brand in the aftermarket world. Most body shops run this stuff.. working really good and very affordable.
Jesus, so these relays are rated for 70 amp... for the fans I like to keep them seperate because they are putting in alot of work and we dont want to stress those relays too hard.. right now I run the same relay for my fuel pump. Its only drawing 35A at full duty cycle. I dont know the specs on your pump specifically but check the rating. You should be good with it.
Tony, Every time I click on you're link, I learn something. That's another drink I owe you, thanks.
Thanks brother I may take you up on that one day! Lol

@@TonyDFreestyle96 Thanks for the feedback!!!
Once again, great info right here. So which Contour fan did you get? The LMR one or an oem one?
Your welcome brother.. I went with TYC fans which is a really good brand in the aftermarket world. Most body shops run this stuff.. working really good and very affordable.
Would you use the same Leash relay board, one (relay) to run the dual fans and the (relay) other to run a large fuel pump(magna fuel 500)?
