It has almost ALL I needed while grinding Brest - large HP pool, guns are veryyy accurate, even on long ranges. But I use HE very rare (only for DDs), so tanx for opening my eyes and I will mention one thing that makes me crazy - ship (cruiser or BB) is fully angled (90degrees) so I switch to HE, then like he knew what I did turns his ship broadside - and I go nuts, while watching my HE shells dealing 3-8k damage and starting 1 fire and it could be dev strike if I had AP loaded.

Very nice, the question is, why use a Marseille when you can use a Petropavlovsk and get better pen, better dispersion, better armour, faster RoF and radar?
Marseille has nearly 20k more health, 330mm guns (vs 220mm), good HE, reload booster, and excellent speed and maneuverability (with engine boost). Marseille is more of a flanking ship while Petro tends park next to an island and use its icebreaker, good AP, and long range radar. Both great ships, but a bit different playstyle.
