    I have a 21 reg swift. This did not work for me. My digital display is slightly different to the one shown . Maybe it changed in 2021. Mine’s a 1.2 hybrid. I held the button down and switched on the ignition as instructed but the display did not change as shown on the video.

      Yes you tend to find when they change the displays, the sequence to reset the service reminder changes ever so slightly.
      Unfortunately I have not had anything to do with the newer ones to know the sequence or I would do another video

      @@CarAddictGarageNE hi mate, thanks for the reply.
      I’ve just taken the car back to the main dealer , apparently the main dealer now has to do the reset.
      Cheers.

      you don’t need to go dealer, just need professional diagnostic equipment, mine would reset it no problem.
      Thanks

      I got the Autel MK808BT it’s absolutely fantastic out performs stuff that costs 5 times as much.
      Especially for basic functions service reset, DPF re gens, immobiliser coding, EPB, ABS, SRS, everything basically.
      The amount of vehicles it covers is astonishing from Bugatti to LDV vans lol

      Without a vehicle to use for demonstration it’s difficult to explain.
      Assume yours must be the earlier shape one?
      Thanks

      @@CarAddictGarageNE ye hi I've watched all the different videos but not working on mine, rang Suzuki and they said it's come on too early for service and to pop in and they'll sort it. But I know it can't be difficult and wanted to do it myself !, thanks for reply 🙂

    • @CarAddictGarageNE
      @CarAddictGarageNE  3 года назад +1

      Don’t take it to Suzuki they will change you no doubt, just take it to a good local garage they will sort it 👍🏼
