SURPRISING DEVELOPMENTS IN CCLEX (You must WATCH❗)

- A few months after its opening, our drone again visited CCLEX to check what's new especially in the precast yard area and toll plaza where we are anticipating developments. Particularly service facilities like restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations and more that we all are very excited about. In today's vlog, we will talk about these facilities MPTC mentioned at the onset of CCLEX construction. We will try to analyze where each of this facilities will be constructed. Although these are just our speculations but we all think either in the toll plaza or the precast yard, surprising developments will happen in both parts of CCLEX in the coming months or years. Dako na gyud tinuod ug development ang CCLEX since its soft opening day. Looks like that former pre-cast area will be prepared for gas station, convenience store and fast food restaurant like the NLEX and SLEX in MM and Luzon.
That's true, Sir Emel. I heard that there will be 2 gas stations 1 per direction. I don't know how true is this but yeah I am so excited of all things speculated to happen in CCLEX. 🙂

Once this is complete, If I am traveling from Pier 1, how can I access CCLEX? Does the CCLEX not have an entrance to the bridge if I am traveling in that direction?

i think this has a fundamental design flaw. cannot turn right directly to downtown cebu/NRA if coming from cordova. ikot pa talisay u-turn (technically, next city) or via traffic-choked bacalso or the smaller roads of labangon
Pag nagawa na Ang rotonda Jan sa may sm no worry na sa pag U-turn to any direction.
The original design was supposed to have a ramp that was going to follow the mouth of guadalupe river and connect to c padilla street, near the don bosco pasil but mayor osmeña wanted it scrapped as informal settlers will be displaced. Now that mayor rama is the current one, he wants it back.

to be fair, PPP of cordove and cebu city LGU's with mpic (pangilinan) group, negotiated and approved in noynoy's time (PPP policy). similar to T2 of mactan and SS2/3 and nlex/slex connector road (ncr)

HAHAHHAHA, CCLEX is a PPP Project almost all of cebu projects are PPP because we get nothing from imperial Manila yet Cebu still makes partnership with Japanaese, Spanish and South Korean consortiums.
