GREAT VIDEO !! Thank you guys SO much for a wonderful week... I’m twice the ground handler/pilot I was before and I owe it all to you two. Wonderful instructors and great hosts. I really appreciate the one-on-one coaching and the time spent fixing some bad habits. There’s nowhere else you could get this kind of mentoring in such an awesome setting. We’ll be back !! K&C
Thank you so much Kevin, it was great to have all of you and we really feel like we've gained so many friends all over the world! Can't wait to have you all back! :D
I really love to groundhandle. And looking at this video I can't wait for this winter to pass. I would really like to come over to Nazare some day to join your classes (when I win a substantial amount of money in the lottery...) :-).Keep bringing on videos.
That's interesting when they had all the wings up side by side at once you could actually "read" the wind direction and intensity changes, and see it effect one wing after another in sequence. I liked the "hold on" after push rides off the hill, as well, funny. You could see when the rider dropped the wing would immediately balloon upwards due to the decreased wing loading requiring a lower stable "as trimmed" speed. Cool. Gave me a much better "feeling" for how water drop works on a sailplane. Knowing it is one thing, seeing it, another, and on these rigs it is obvious and immediate. The static/dynamic (ground/air) "formation" pass through @ 8:34 was cool. I assume at least some of the split away of the two stationary wings was due to the flying wings "wash"...was that all it was?
Looks like an excellent place for ground handling. Like your work and enthusiasm. When is your next Retreat?

Fantastic. At about 8:00 it was like seeing baby turtles rushing to the water for the first time; all were destined for new experiences!

yup, yellow and orange, in pretty much every video :)
How did you like the AD SUSI dude? I love AD Gliders :)
I really liked it and flew it a fair bit. Only thing for screwing around on the dunes is I would rather have sheathed lines, but really cool glider
@@AndreBandarra1 definitely.. makes sense mate. The AD Eazy is also an awesome, speedy and really fun EN-A wing.
Where are you currently based?

This video made a year ago, but i saw today and got upset because only MEN HAD FUN. Women (i think) were assisting men. Did NOT GET FUN
Hey Sinan, no need to be upset! I can assure you that everyone there had a great time, and gender did not have an influence over that in any way
