- Complete coverage of the Women's American Oak, Event 2 from the inaugural Arnold Strongwoman Classic in Columbus, Ohio (March 3, 2023). All weekend, the women are taking on the same challenges as the male competitors, including a new twist on this classic implement. In the "American Oak," each woman gets one shot for max reps on a 270 LB log bar, and then a second run at a lighter 220 LB log.
Even after tackling the Wheel of Pain earlier in the day, Inez Carrasquillo, Olga Liashchuk, and Andrea Thompson looked more than ready to test their legs again in an effort to end Day One on a high note.

I liked that the camera switched to other views when Inez fell, so that she could have a bit more privacy from the internet in that moment. And that the clips used after were of her other better attempts. It shows the Rogue team's respect for the athletes.
Andrea Thompson probably has the strongest pressing power of any woman, on the planet. Her shoulder and tricep strength is through the roof! Her deadlift is incredible too!
And she doesn't look androgenic...
maybe because she is a man
Think I replayed Andrea Thompsons lift like 10x super impressive
Wow! That's an impressive event.
Sam is a superstar she's my favorite
Thank you🥹❤️🫶🏼

31:30 , everyone else concerned but those 2 got caught laughing 😂 its the kind of thing i would do.
great video!
Mad respects to every woman participating! Especially Melissa and Samantha surprised me positively! They just pushed through those logs😁
Gotta say both are my favourites😊
✌women✌
Well done Andrea
Andrea Thompson you go girl 😊
Why were people in the audience laughing when Andrea fell on her last lift of the log?
Because they are stupid. 🤡
She fell? ... Sorry can't find it, got a timestamp?
She lost balance on the final lift for 500 pts but she laughed herself cause basically it gassed her out and she was super tired, but still had it.
@@barath4545 I think Linda meant Inez?
It was Inez who fell! The audience did laugh but some times you just have to laugh things off, so glad she's ok.
Most were looking worried, then laughing, presumably after it was clear she was okay. There was one couple who stood out though. I wouldn't hold it against them too much, people react differently to emotional stress, and they may also just not have read the situation as clearly as the rest.
Giant round of applause to the authenticity of this mixed gender event
👏
Ain't foolin' anyone......its pretty obvious..
the competitor should be able to see the timer in front of them to better time and gage their next attempt
What are they sniffing in the bottle before lifting?
It could be smelling salt. Its said to give athletes an extra burst of energy.
✌women✌
Mellissa peacock has some impressive thick forearms, to be honest arms in general.
31:45 most Sigma couple in the audience
43:55😂
What happened to Maxim, why is he in a wheelchair?
Great to see womens along side the mens division but having Tamara was a disgrace she had absolutely no reason to be there. Rogue need their heads checked because Holly McRae, earned her place, but Walcott was only picked because of elephant barbell massive disrespect to athletes who want to earn their place but they're may not
Ummmm , its a great event but ummmmmmm .. so far it should be named 1Try-ish Log.
So nobody is gonna talk about Victoria Long is CLEARLY a MAN!
I noticed that the first second I laid eyes on him. A very large man at that.
Save Women's sports!!!!
wow - those people!! Grinning and taking pictures of the injured athlete...
I'm not sure that these are woman...especially after their interviews. They're not built like woman either...and didn't they refer to one of them as "male peacock"?
Its pretty clear a few MEN are in the mix here.
What were those ding dongs in the audience pointing and laughing at after Inez took a tumble?
why does some male athletes not identify as a woman, they could easily win the event
Because thats not how transgenderism works and because the people that run these shows/events are very aware of how that would not be fair. I dont even know why you bring such an idea up in here.
@@ShiceIceDice in America this seems to be cool
@@ShiceIceDice actually thats exactly how transies work. They go thru male puberty, then while being whatever avg male competitors become "female" and get #1 like that loser lia thomas. Dont forget that 30 yo skater who beat 13 yo girls and gloated about it
M Peacock is so beautiful. A true strong lady.
Man competition w women garbage events
I think its very clear that there much harsher on the men when it comes to form and what they accept as good reps vs bad reps some of these reps they accepted as a good rep they would of not accepted it for the guys
I agree. The men have to hold at lockout while the women just have to get almost to lockout to be considered a good rep.
Мужики, которые проигрывают на женских соревнованиях. Позорище.
Тут нет ни одного мужика, ёпта
20 stone feeble more muscle less fat needed
