@@t3sslark I like Black Diamond mica. It’s never clumpy and mixes really nicely. I use it for painting the molds first before pouring if I’m doing it that way. I do a lot of canvas art and like how it interacts with alcohol. You can get some really cool effects when you spray alcohol on it after you pour. I use a lot of different things. I pain with acrylics so I use those sometimes but they shorten your resin work time in about half. But that comes in handy if you want to pour lines that are thick and you don’t want them to blend.
I know this is a year old but I was watching your beautiful work and it hit me that you might be able to answer a big question for me. Do you know how to make DRUZY? Not the inserts or molds. DRUZY mixed up to use on a geode canvas. if you do could you let me know. Maybe do a show on it or just talk to me. I really just need to know how to make mixture I know how to apply.
