I love the ilustration of the character, her looking slightly unhinged and the song made me imagine a rival with some sort of illness related to water like aquagenic urticaria. She would always carry and umbrella and builds a team around rain just for the thrill.

@FenixLegacy All of these compositions are for my Pokémon Monochrome project, which isn't a fangame project, but very well could be one day! It's kind of just a story concept at the moment. Thanks for tuning in!
