Thank you! This is very helpful. I will be relocating to GA from Seattle WA in February of 2025 and will be keeping my position here working from home. I’m really researching what area I’d like to buy my home there so, I’ll lease there for hopefully less than a year and familiarize myself with my surroundings before buying something. I found this video interesting, thorough and helpful 🤔🌺
Thank you very much for the mapping outline of Atlanta and the metro areas. 👌🏽I plan to visit Georgia in the spring to visit relatives in Stockbridge. My primary home search will be in McDonough or the Stockbridge areas.
@sandrae4470 thank you! I’m glad it was helpful. I would love the opportunity to be your Atlanta realtor. Give me a call and we can chat about your visit and how I can assist. 770-233-7653
I love the style of this video. I love the attention to detail, the visuals, the in-depth explanation of everything, and the soothing voice. You did a great job
just spent over 2 years commuting from lawrenceville to roswell and during rush hour thats 1:20 - 1:45 each way. if i left before 6 am i could make it in 40 - 50 minutes. later than that and you are going to sit. coming back always takes an hour+ from like 2 pm through at least 7 pm. between 3:30 and 6:30 is the worst time to return. if you live in lawrenceville youre better off finding a job to the east or northeast because then you are going opposite of most of the traffic unless you work nights
Property on the like is about 1.5 million but property in the area not on the lake about $450 and up. Places not too far from the airport would be places like Camp creek, north clayton, college park, east point. When it comes to public schools in these areas, I would say really research each individual school and what they have to offer. If you just go by the ranking scales, you may feel like these area school miss the mark but if you have a specific goal in mind like magnet programs or sports you may find the value and maybe supplementing the academics with outside resource in addition to the school.
This is awesome information for individuals like myself planning to move to Atlanta. Your videos are awesome.Do you have any videos on the Atlanta area job market and schools. These are two big concerns for my wife.
@djafronica6037 Thank you for watching and sharing. I would love the opportunity to help you and your wife relocate. Set up a buyers consultation to talk more about what your looking for calendly.com/moving-to-atlanta-by-laurina-saunders/ready_to_move
@lakeishamapso9800 thank you for your kind message. I wish I could help you Rome but that is outside of metro Atlanta and I don’t know much about that area. But if you’re looking for a realtor I’m happy to connect you with one of the realtors in my network that services Rome. Give me a call if I can assist 770-233-7653
There were 2 errors; there is no Interstate 595 or 695. Those highways are actually 575 and 675. 575 is going North up I-75N through Marietta towards Woodstock, Canton, Acworth areas. 675 is going South down I-75S through cities like Stockbridge, McDonough, into Henry County.

I75 runs from ATL , NW to Kennesaw. It's GA 400 that runs from the 75/85 split and goes due north to Sandy Springs.

Great overview of the Atlanta Metropolitan Area
Fantastic mapping of everything!
@lonziehedgepeth2124 thank you.
The only mapping she got right was I-285 and I-20. Everything including the MARTA train route was way off.
@@laryanryan9170 Thank you for sharing. Would you mind sharing your mapping of Atlanta to help the viewers?
What's existing house prices looking like in Lake Spivey? What cities offer easy commute to Hartsfield Jackson with good/great school systems?

North of I-20, the schools that are the best in the state, are in northern Gwinnett, North Fulton, Cobb County.

I75 runs from Tennessee thru marietta Smyrna from nw not thru sandy springs that's highway 400 that merges into 85 then into 75
need to be accurate on your highways. you showed ga400 as i75. and i75 as hwy 595 and hwy 695 which does not exist in atlanta
@lelosbest1391 thank you for watching and taking your time to leave a comment. It’s a great thing that we have GPS.

Bru this lady said 595 instead of 575 , she also said i75 hours from north to South.. that's 400.
