I grew up eating and drinking cas here in Costa Rica, but I must admit I prefer to eat cas rather than drink it. Just by itself or sometimes with salt

Please use the cas peel. Try it you will not regret.
Also make cas ice cream. Or eat it the fruit pure with salt
