      Yeah when I recorded this I wasn't sure what price my Broker and the seller were going to agree to but it's currently priced at $299,000.

    You can’t say that “All of their assessments are paid”. Owning a condo in South Florida near the ocean will always involve new special assessments and yearly increases of the HOA fees. It never stops.

      Condo is about 4 miles away from the ocean so it's not considered near the ocean and yes I can say that because we checked with management and they have no assessments so at this point in time if you were to buy this condo there are no assessments.

      @@PalmBeachesPaul Most if not all of these condo.buildings in South Florida have been mismanaged by their boards and property management companies for the last 30 years, thus the problems they find themselves in today.

    Does True Floridian Realty front the renovation expense for the owner? And what happens if the owner changes their mind and decides not to sell.? How do you get your money back? Compass Real Estate offers the same program.

      None of that happening at this building they've taken care of all their requirements. Good management goes along way.

    If you were in Pinellas County, you’d have a customer on the Reno to Resale on a cute 2 bed, 2 bath cottage, excellent location - close to good shopping and the intercoastal + beach (not in a flood zone), I’m handicapped and my promised helpers (adult children w kids) had changes in plans. The investors here are pure vultures since I did a lot 14 years ago to add on, some remodeling and got central air, put in subflooring, and etc to get it up to code.
    Funny I’ve recently been wondering where realty companies are who’d take their cut from the property sale in similar fashion. My spine just won’t allow me to do the hard stuff anymore 🫤
