Story :
Well, there is no real story here. The video just shows how Hermione and Draco started falling in love.
When McGonagall was telling the students about the Yule ball, Draco said a sassy thing. To "punish him", McGonagall asked him to dance with Hermione. They both felt something when they started dancing and they both expected to feel the same thing on the real Yule ball but for some reasons they danced with other persons which made them both jealous.
