One shitty factor that PBG forgot to mention about Amiibo Festival is that you can add other players to the game even if you don't have enough amiibos. Non-amiibo players will choose between some generic human villagers (named "Boy3" or "Girl2" for example), and these could also be choosen as CPU players.
HOWEVER, non-amiibo players will NOT gain a Happy Point when they roll the die, while amiibo players do. Meaning that whoever is playing with an amiibo character in a game of generic villagers has a unfair advantage.
I disliked amiibos before but this... ugh...

no joke, I played that shrek one a TON as a kid. My grandmother owned it and when my family visited I always played it with my cousins and we had a great time. The wonders of the ignorance of good game design I suppose...
I also swear there were actual character endings, I distinctly remember that happening when someone would win.

The only reason Nickelodeon Party Blast is worth checking out is because Invader Zim is a playable character in it. Thus you get to have the cathartic experience of having Zim repeatedly beat more popular Nickelodeon characters in combat. I'm surprised he didn't mention that.

As someone who owns party on, its a good casual game, just make sure your sound is semi low to not be deafened. You can also skip cpu mini games which saves lives. The best way to enjoy it is to set up for max elections and play as long as possible before your whole team of friends cannot stay awake. That lets you see all the boards, along with mainly focus on the rest of things like shoving your friends so they can’t beat the games with perfect score. Perfect mini game scores feel AMAZING. Besides that you can also decorate your house in game during the rounds??? It’s weird and unnecessary but you also need to decorate your house to give you an edge. In conclusion, make it a one time play.

Tamagotchi has been died for years it was almost died when I was 6 and right now I am 10. just like neopets. don't make crappy games. It is not even worth a single dollor. my little cousion played it and he likes almost all games. but he almost snaped the desk in half after just playing about 10 or 9 minutes of it. if it was not a rental I think he would have.

PGB, funnily enough, Sonic Shuffle was actually developed by Hudson soft, the same people that did the Mario Party series 1-8.

Pasta Princess 25 Hey I love Mario Party 5 and 6 the most, those two games were part of my childhood. Hudson soft was amazing with 4-7 (in my opinion.)
I've heard the fourth one is the best out of the whole series. Sadly can't say the same as I've only played the first two (regret never having played any as a child) and 10 ( from curiosity and at my kid brother's request; never again). I'm just baffled that Hudson Soft worked on both franchises. They probably could've made Sonic Shuffle just as good as Mario Party.
Pasta Princess 25 4 is my favourite in my opinion from what I'm told the first 4 play very similar but with slight tweaks. It seems to be common opinion that Mario party 2 is the best

In shrek super party, you get a cut scene if a human player is the one who wins. We had fun with it when we were young, but it was also pretty much the only party game we had on the Xbox.

Something does happen depending who wins in shrek super party, not sure if it was edited out or accidentally skipped? Basically the wish of the winner comes true in a cutscene and sometimes it involves other characters/players. I find it pretty cool.
Zyphr7 man I had this game and I loved it as a kid. The thing you said about the cutscenes is true. For some reason though they don't work anymore, I've had the game for 10 years or so now and it does the same thing as what happened in the video.
Chrom4Prez wow, really? thats bizzare. Must be some really weird glitch maybe? Mine still shows the cutscenes. I always liked how even when losing if my character is included in the winning cutscene i still feel like i won. Such as Donkey's where Shrek appears and they become friends.

I think it might be an incompatibility issue with the later Wii updates. Or they ran into an issue with licensing and patched the cutscenes out.

He did a colab with Chadtronic, where the videos are a formula switch. Chadtronic does reviews of Zelda Fan games, when PBG reacts to some Zelda advertisements. Also, just *HAD* to mention this, in PBG's video, Chadtronic appears at the end, somehow seeing what Austin Hargrave (PBG's real name) was doing, since he watched some of the commercials Chad did, in a weird way. (because PBG usually sprinkles in surreal humour, in this case Chad hacking into his 📺 somehow)
Also PBG acts like he never heard of Chadtronic.
Meanwhile, in Chad's video, after trying to mimic PBG, as
Peanut Gamer Boy (PGB), Austin tells him that for the collaboration they'd switch video styles, (I said that before), but he never said anything about COPYING each other, with Chadtronic saying he "misunderstood the email he got." After the Chadtronic intro, PBG tries to do Chad's intro, then proceeds to slap his chair with a pillow, a Chadtronic mainstay. Then Chad asks Austin why he was basically a hypocrite, since PBG told him not to Crtl+C, Crtl+V each other, even though Peebs did the same thing.
At least he's pretty on par with ChadTronic, and LEAPS ahead of Pew(die)pie

I know I should delete my comment but this thread is a great example that some parts of RUclips can be civil, so it would be great to look back after years this comment was posted.
What's the big deal of taking Amiibos out of the box? It's still collectible and you can make boxes for them. If anything, the biggest worry you should have is if they don't work. :\ EDIT: I think some people got confused of what I said. It's okay if they want to keep it box, it's that I don't see why people get freak out when it's open or think it's ruined (trust me, I seen people like this) it's still something to use and something to sell (even though it won't have a higher value). It will be the same no matter what unless it's burned to ashes.
It's apparently a big issue with those Funko POP figures if you take them out of the box too. The entire point of those figures is to be taken our of the box and be displayed, or in the case with Amiibos, used on the gamepad.
Jarmo Verriet Yea, there is no point of getting an Amiibos unless you used it. I mean I collect stuff (that isn't free) but at least I used them or will in the future. I heard they work while in the box but I don't believe so, there's foil in the box that could mess the scan up.
Communistpeppers I almost always keep the boxes of figures i get if they look nice or they can be used as storage for effect parts and such, but i ALWAYS display my figures out of the box, unless the box has a signature on it from the voice actor of the character or something like that on it.
Jarmo Verriet That's even better, use the boxes for something else unless you're not suppose to open it at all. I don't mind people not using it IF they found on the trash or on the streets where it could be possibly broken cause at least it was used or they got it for free (but they have to make use out of the gift if it was bought).
I still have a few of my amiibo boxes, just in case.. I've even seen some display boxes for the amiibo that may or may not have that NFC scrambling foil.

Honestly, Party Blast was an amazing game. Not that it was the best, but the moments when playing that were so fracking hilarious that I could not stop laughing when playing with other people. My favorite technique would be throwing people, probably one of the funniest moves on the game.

If you want a Party Game based on a Nicktoon that's actually GOOD, I would HIGHLY recommend "SpongeBob SquarePants: Lights, Camera, Pants" for the PS2, GameCube, and Xbox.
