For the Conjurer, might want to ditch the Jump Jets and put more armor on that right arm to protect the PPCs. For the Nova, I'd ditch one of the AMS and one ton of AMS ammo to put more armor on the arms. I believe the AMS Mk II protects allies around you instead of just your own mech.
I run a Nova Prime with 14x 4th tier sphere medium lasers, 3 jumpjets and ecm for additional survivability. 5 additional heatsinks + FCS Nova allows this build to maintain heat stability. II found this config to be quite fun to play with - high-tier IS ML are longer-ranged than Clan-spec ER SL, a bit easier to find for replacement than clan spec, and generate almost the same heat (1.34 vs 1.26) per sec.

I believe all AMS protect lance mates as it will fire at any missiles that come within range.
