During the charging process of the scooter, kindly clarify whether the charging will be limited to the primary battery pack or encompass both the primary and secondary battery packs.
Charge goes to the secondary battery after completion of full charge for the primary battery.
I’ve received the bike and it’s just brilliant. Smooth, good handling and range. It’s a genuine company with a good product but facing production issues but I think the company will improve.

I am getting a 150-160 Km range...Once Main battery below 30 % percent We can use only ECO Ride mode only below 20 % of main battery we can Only ECO mode for Battery safety reason, I faced a My Main battery issue due to Battery Thermal Run away so they replaced after 15 days Battery checks with new / my battery cells changed... Service also took min 1 weeks for small things
Using simple dot one... No issues 130kms in eco 👍

You can charge it by detaching from the scooter.
No not possible.. because simple energy has not released any accessories as such to the market where we can charge portable battery inside our home.. don't buy this scooter
Very disappointing. I ordered 3 years ago. CEO said they would not ship until all features were complete so i waited. They called me last week for yest ride but not all features are finished. The price shot up from 1.1 lakh to 1.7lakh, while ola s1pro has stayed at 1.4 lakh even after subsidy changes. I cannot understand the pricegiven its 100% made in india. My biggest concern now is that the company will close down like tork motors and buyers will lose everything as there will be no parts. I am holding off purchasing until the scooter is finished and Simple turns a profit. I have lost confidence in Somple Energy

Dont buy this scooter. I own this scooter and literally its a waste of money.. its just a junk... no fast charging, no turn indicator sound, old technology battery, too much of wait and it travels only 130 kms for a full charge... dont buy this scooter at any cost...

DONT BUY THIS EV SCOOTER.
Hello all, please DONT BUY simple energy now. Please hold on for few days. I have received my simple one scooter a month ago and its not upto the mark. It gives only 120 kms of range against what they are claiming as 212, earlier they had announced more than 250 kms range, now it gives only 170kms.. total on road price I paid for simple energy is 1,78,000 which includes 0.8% extra for paying through credit card. It takes more than 8 or 9 hours to charge from 0 to 100% which is a very annoying thing. They have not introduced the mobile app or anything where we can connect with the scooter via Bluetooth or mobile , there is no fast charger and there is no fast charging setup anywhere.
THERE IS NO FAME SUBSIDY AVAILABLE. There is no roadside assistance outside Bangalore city. Don't buy it now. There is no road side assistance out of city, r.s.a is available only with in 50 kilometer radius of bangalore city. Simple energy is not a trust worthy brand/company as of now.
Don't believe everything whatever these fake youtube vloggers say In their channel.
I got frustrated for not receiving the scooter even after 3 years so went to the consumer court only after filing the case, people from simple energy reached out to me and offered the scooter.
They put a condition that I should buy this scooter by paying full amount and there is no vehicle loan , i agreed for this and paid 1.78 lakh...
If you doubt me on whatever I have posted, then reach out to me, I'll provide all the call records, what's app chats and consumer court case number as well.
I own ola s1 pro as well. When compared to simple energy, ola's ride quality is really good. better to go with ola with recent ola s1x or ola s1 pro gen2 due to 8 years or 80000 kilometers of warranty and other facilities.
But simple energy is giving only 30,000kms warranty or 3 years with no FAME subsidy... which makes not a value for money product compared to ola...
What i observed in my simple energy scooter is that Parts used in simple one is not that of a good quality. It takes around 9 to 10 hours to recharge both the batteries together from 0 to 100 percent. Cone set makes lots of noise when driving in a road full of pot holes. Side stand is of low grade aluminium and so on.. so many problems in simple one.
Don't become a victim by purchasing simple one just because of watching some videos of biased youtube vloggers like this. What ever they say is not 100 percent TRUE. They also look at their own profit.
So better evaluate the pros and cons of simple one with other available ev scooters in market and buy accordingly and be a intelligent customer.
