Radio code 2014 Clio

Putting the radio code in after the battery was changed, checked the log book 1 st to see if we had the code ,if I did not have the code I would of put a feed to the radio to keep it powered, but I did not know that the owner had the radio changed when he got the car for a dab,so the code does. Not work now a call to the dealer who didn’t give him the new code when fitted
