The work done here is awesome, but i would like to ask a question. Is it possible to create a foam like structure with random holes. Just like the holes in bread / holes in a sponge? If so please let me know.!

Use Boolean difference with cuboid and populated spheres. To make smooth model, you can use Weaverbird plug in or rhino subD.

Try using Subdivision in Rhino 7 or ones from Weaverbird add-on.

All went well until I got a full STOP as I wouldn't find Weaverbird w my GH Rhino V6. I've checked online to install, but nothing seems to work. Is there another way to get the WB?

That is out of my hand. Please contact to them directly. If is urgent, I recommend you to download rhino 6.

I tried this and it worked, but when the solid difference is applied, only the visible "holes" on the outside remain holes. Do you have any idea how to keep non-visible chambers inside? I want to build a swimming structure with air inside.

It works. Try flatten Boundary Sufaces or Use Mesh / Plane instead of Contour.
