1:16 definitely possible with a better run than this. There are just so many things that are not super consistent (see below) but at least it is a short run.

1) aug menu and biocell/weapon menu not registering clicks
2) first jump after the 1029 code, easy to get stuck or get ledgegrab
3) grabbing or landing on the thin wall in the command center and grabbing the above balcony
4) Jensen not going into cover because reasons.
