It's great that you finally get to try a wider selection of brands, I hope you get to try the entire lineup of Fitear and other great IEMs such as Oriolus (especially Traillii), Aroma Audio, VE, UM, etc. But definitely try the fitears
@@Gizaudio Fitears being a Japanese Brand are actually almost JDM exclusive their HQ is at Ginza, they also have demos at e-earphone or Fujiya Avic retail stores in Tokyo, not sure if they have one in other cities and Oriolus is also available at e-earphone. I have a chance to listen to many 2000-3000 dollars IEMs in a head-fi exhibition last year. It’s really hard to go for higher priced IEMs, when at below 1000, we have something as well tuned as the Monarch II.
In the city of Kawasaki, very close to the train station, there are offices of the FINAL brand. There you could test the entire FINAL line, and also the DITA and many of the FIR AUDIO that you comment on in this video. But paradise is in AKIHABARA, and it's called "e-earphone". I don't think there is a better place to test and buy headphones.
Your kr5 might be defective because my new in box set sounded like that, but what i got repaired was a completely different headphone a million times better too.

Fir is very bassy. difficult to recommend it as a single ideal IEM to most people. for me it's an excellent companion to mm2 because it really makes techno music feel as if I'm getting that tactile concert experience and I listen to a lot of techno. It actually does very well for vocal parts as long as there is not a lot of bass at the same time or else the has the vocals kind of get pushed to the back but for example Agnes Obel fuel to the fire sounded excellent.

Yeah I don't understand either. Could be down to the tips used. But the bass on these is super tight and controlled. There's a LOT of it, but it's super controlled. And the krypton 5 is quite bright too if anything. Would never call this a warm IEM. V shaped, with extreme bass and extreme treble would be more like it

exactly what I have in mind! I have several IEMs but the og T3 sounds amazing and endgame for me as far as price is concerned. Just the fit though, horrible
haha just goes to show how different preferences can be! Xenon is my fav iem for most of my fun listening whereas the perpetua seemed boring/no reason to get it over the blessing 2 or monarch mk2 the latter of which I felt was technically more proficient and better tuned esp with the mids for a third of the price!
You also heard/owned tha annihilator. Honestly speaking, how is the technical performance of xe6 compared to it? Crin ranks the 6 far below it, and I've only heard the annihilator.
Hard to say, honestly I did not get enough side by side time with either. It takes me a while of owning something and really testing it out to get a good enough sense of my attitude. The annihilator from what I recall is was overall better tuned but I enjoyed the Xe6 more. But I am not an expert nor have I been in the hobby long enough to be definitive about things. @@En_Joshi-Godrez

For that money I would consider the Empire Ears Odin. I bought these the other day and I can honestly say these IEM'S are the best I have ever heard, hands down.
@@longzie1 what were your old IEMs? i want to know if Odin is better than U12t and V16 Divinity. The price of the IEM itself should be less than the U12t and around same as the V16, since the super expensive cable is said to take up 50% of the price of the Odin.
@@Viewer13128 I've owned the Shure 846 and my previous iem's were the Campfire Atlas. I got really lucky as I bought my Odin from ebay and I got them for from an audio store called Hifonix. I purchased the Odin's for £2k! Before buying the Odin's I was considering buy the u12t. However, I'm glad that I waited and shopped around before making that purchase as the Odin's are in a completely different level, in my opinion. I would advise you to shop around for a while and take a listen (if possible) to the iem's you have in mind then make a decision on what to get next.
Elysian annihilator should also be in the mix . to my ears it sounded like a slightly better in all aspects version of the monarch mark 2. obviously not proportionate to the price difference but still if I had it then I probably would never touch my monarch mk2!

Yeah, I think the top price to pay for end game would be around $1500, anything more than that you loose a lot of value.

something base note heavy.....musky, Try the brand Profumum Roma. They 33% white musk in all their fragrances.

There is NO NEED to spend more than $50 for a set of iems and be happy, don't fall for the hype!
You can be happy with your music from freebies you get but using TOTL definitely enhance it's experience, at least for me.
