Snarl looks great! Looking forward to Swoop. Also, given the recent Gamer Edition line for Studio Series, I hope the Fall of Cybertron Dinobots will be next. I would really like to display them next to my 86 Dinobots.

What’s your take on keeping boxes? I love the artwork and I know I’ll regret getting rid of them, but they’re starting to take up too much space.
Swoop was never that much smaller then the rest of the dinobots, maybe like a head shorter. I would hate for them to make him voyager sized, that would make no sense
He will be leader but a smaller one. In between voyager and these cus he was a bit smaller and simplier. That's why I think to make up for that price, they'll make something to go with him, like a flight stand
I want a deluxe swoop. I'll probably get the core instead of a leader. Scale should be based on alt mode, not robot height. I want more variation in dinibot size. Maybe I'll get potp swoop
@@optibotimus I think grimlock, snarl, and slag should be leader. Sludge should be commander. Skar should be voyager. Swoop should be deluxe. Slash should be core.
@@keilafleischbein59 I mean that’s fair but this is the 86 line and in G1 they were all pretty much the same size, so that’s how these should be scaled
@@optibotimus I doubt we will get any flight stand. Swoop is not that small so a bot that’s about a head shorter but has big wings will probably be where the budget is going especially if they do them in all silver. Plus his 2 missile launchers since that’s what he’s seen with in the cartoon
Stego was based of the 80s and prior view of the Stegosaurus so was slightly disappointed that the alt mode was not modernized. BUT I am a Snarl fan boy, and all was forgiven with that cute potato shaped plastic awesome!
If you open up the panels on the neck a bit , he can look up. But it will sacrifice the overall looking of the Dino mode.
I don’t think swoop was the smallest (height wise). Maybe muscular he was not the biggest. Height Wise he was the same height as the other guys.
Yes, this is true. At least in the G1 cartoon. There are many scenes where all the dinobots are standing together in their robot modes and Swoop is the same height as the rest. Heck, sometimes he's even a hair taller than the others, just a bit leaner, and definitely not a voyager to leader class size difference.
Swoop should be the smallest. Scale should be based on alt mode, not robot height or animation.
Commander: sludge
Leader: grimlock, slag, snarl
Voyager: skar
Deluxe: swoop
Core: slash
The team should have height diversity accurate to their dinosaur size.
@@keilafleischbein59 No, they are going the original cartoon movie! The G1 cartoon the Dinobots are pretty much the same size. Swoop is just skinnier. Yes, Sludge should have been grimlock size in dinosaur mode. Swoop when he stands in Dino mode should be taller then slag and snarl. He was in the cartoon. Or, the same height. That’s it. The Robot mode they are all the same. There is no slash in the 86 movie.
@@ramtruck21 I don't care how they were represented in the movie, because the animation got it wrong. Scale should always be based on alt mode. In the movie, swoop should have been much smaller than the others. The movie did not have slash or skar because slash and skar were not invented yet. They weren't a part of the original diaclone toy.
Sludge shouldn't be a little bigger than grimlock, he should be twice his size. He's a sauropod. They are massive and much larger than a therapod like grimlock.
@@ramtruck21 I need to buy an MP bumblebee to replace my broken KO. My earthrise bumblebee is awesome, but he scales too small with other chug vehicles. He should have been normal deluxe size, and cliffjumper too.

I know he was leaked, but there's no hard evidence that Swoop will arrive this year. My guess is sometime next early year....hopefully.
I use to have the original G1 Snarl. Love him. Then I got the KO version. And then got the complete WST Dinobots.

Nope. Studio series tries to stay true to what they are baseing the figures on. G1 Cartoon Dinobots except Snarl only had Guns.
I think hasbro went the right way. Making them Leader class That way they get their own molds, No retooling of each other, Like in power of the primes. Makes sense 2 in 2021 Grimlock & Slag, 1 in 2022 Sludge, Snarl in 2023m FInally Swoop 2024. Actually They never used swords in any of the cartoons. They did in the comics. Have you noticed too? The original dinobots Came with missile Launchers. Only one who had those were swoop. They never used those in the cartoon Or comic, In the show Only snarl used his sword, His sword shot out Lasers too. but yes this was a good way. That way thei get their own molds & no mold retools for each one. May be we can get a Sludge in Unreleased G2 colors later on?

Frankly, anyone who leaves toys in their box shouldn't be collecting them. All they are doing is saving them so they can be resold someday. I get mine out, I add in fillers and stickers, and I display them etc.
@@scottdoesntmatter4409 some people like them better on display, and saving them to resell later isn't necessarily bad. It's the people who buy all of them to scalp immediately who created a problem with reselling.
@@keilafleischbein59 I disagree. A toy is meant to be played with. Leaving it in the box is silly, the only real reason to do so is to sell them later to people who care about boxes.

@@optibotimus Ah yes. You are right. Off the top of my head, I didn't remember him in any major battle scenes. Because he just wasn't there. But after researching, he did briefly appear for a second or two in between scenes.

They steely that big most times in the cartoon
As a Dinobot fan I’m disappointed / these Dinobots are not 55 dollars worth sorry / the quality is just not there / it feels cheap / why are they so cheap with the paint / they barely have no paint on the plastic / in some parts if the dinobot figure / in the cartoon the Dinobots look a shiny silver / not grey / at least the sword is in silver / in my opinion each Dinobot should come with a plastic sword & a plastic gun
We know Hasbro didn't give a free transformers kids toy for marketing no way how he got it don't know but it wasn't Hasbro

@@optibotimus did you buy this figure from a black market source? Theft is illegal, and so is receiving stolen goods. The court doesn't have to prove you did or did not know the item is stolen. It just needs to be proven that you should have known.
As a transformer RUclipsr, you should know licensed Hasbro sources, and the release schedule. This is a preorder item that hasn't released yet. Since you should have known that, you could be convicted for receiving stolen goods.
