Man, I love your work! Simple, yet so good. Would love to see more WfM builds. I guess Aerial is pretty much confirmed? But honestly I just love all of your stuff, so just keep it coming. P. S. Jeturk Industries sure love their pseudo-seam lines, huh.
great work as always. cant wait to see more/ would love to see what you'd do with some of the gundams like pharact or thorn. they just have such unique designs they are really fun to see customs of. also im kinda glad they pulled back and made the story more personal and less grand. they didn't have an episode count to do anything larger than what they did. and in the end they can always come back to ad stella and do a more grand story with a lot of stuff already established now. this was the witch from mercury's story now they can go off and tell other ones.
@@comradegunpla so much of the line has a ton of potential for customs. Definitely think we are going to get a lot of cool stuff from these kits. Especially from builders like you.
Yes please continue making content as you currently do. I hate videos of custom builds where they're silent. I enjoy the talk through aswell. Took me days to come across ya and glad I have! Keel on keeping on!
Loved this one, definitely agree that the darilbalde doesn't need much modification to look great, but the details you added really elevated the kit from a great but relatively plain design to something with a lot more depth and realism. That wiping technique never occurred to me until now since I mostly airbrush acrylics and I assumed lacquer or enamel thinner would take it off, but maybe I'll test on a spoon and see if I can try it, would help on some difficult masking jobs for sure. I wouldn't mind ASMR being a portion of the video with commentary filling out the rest (and then you can add "with ASMR" to the title haha). If you ever got the space (or noise reduction) to do an ASMR portion to the video, you could always just do a leg and/or and arm's worth of part cutting all at once and then store them separately for building and surface detailing later when you can put on some content and chill. I think that the Witch From Mercury was good, but it didn't live up to the bar set by the prologue. I will recommend the prologue to people and tell them that they don't have to watch the whole series afterwards, the prologue is a great story that can work on its own, and has a lot of the essential Gundam setup. Looking forwards to that WfM video to see your thoughts as well.
Thanks for the kind words! Wiping should work even on acrylic, I'm sure you are already using some sort of oil based paint for panel line so as long as you use a paint of the same property, that should work just fine. And yeah, I think the prologue was EVA level good. I really thought it was gonna be a cult classic after that, but at this point I can only say it's solid for a seasonal anime. Story taking dives isn't exactly new for Gundam, but I just felt like we haven't had something starting out this strong in a while, so it's a bit of a shame.
Fantastic work as always Looking forward to seeing you works Any chance on working on HG kimaris vidar that kit has a lot of seam lines and definitely challenge to work on
@@comradegunpla it was gonna be a future project for me but after watching kit reviews I knew I need a guide on the kit so looking forward to it Always love your works and videos
Honestly, I only get kits from shows that I like so it's gonna be entirely up to you. If you are talking pound for pound quality, if you have the time, I would say absolutely get the MG Zaku 2.0. It's the kit that made me first fall in love with Gunpla.
Yep, I shot a couple of videos when I was in Minnesota but have been dreading on editing them since I didn't have all of my camera equipment, lighting and stuff looked dull. But I got more coming for sure.
@@comradegunpla would love that because I need a way to get to painting through the winter since I barely build during the summer. Hope all’s well otherwise and the new location is good to ya 🫡
Keep up the good work Conrad.
hell yes I knew you were going to absolutely kill it with the darilbalde. love the tones you wound up with too, dope work
I didn't really care for the design in the show. But man, your paint job and posing make it look really good

It's good that I actually bought all of those, lol. Pharact is definitely coming soon. Loved the design.

LMAO to be 100% honest, that’s why I’ve been avoiding that kit. I have it in the backlog. I’ll get to it eventually lol

I’m getting this model kit as my first Gunpla model kit. If you have any other model kit recommendations please let me know
