The thumps you hear while the bag is flying after the first strat are those of Charizard stomping the ground during his idle animation (I love this effect lmao)
Diddy only being 800ft better than your RTA score means his TAS strat isn't too great... I just barely couldn't fit in one more bd lol. Maybe if 10 non-slipoff BDs are possible in time, the score would be better
@@Bluekandy And I still need to improve Diddy, the bat throw up - jab beginning can replace the SJ forward air but it's a bit hard to complete timewise.
@@Linkenfant I think I tried something BTU jab BD nair -> slipoffs, not sure if this is better though. He can do perfect 40 frame cycle slipoffs, which is amazing. So close to 11 BDs too, if I could side b one or two frames later to slipoff sooner (instead he grabs the bag before I can kick). Also tried jump side b to do it from higher up and sooner, but not good results
you are absolutely welcome to try lol. Charizard I'm pretty sure I'm within a few % of optimally spaced BDs, good enough to put the idea out. Diddy's jump animation makes for terrible slipoffs if I wait even a frame longer to drop the bat, otherwise I have to wait 7 frames or so, which slows everything down significantly (also went as far right as possible before the BD would miss completely to squeeze out every airborne frame-I may have missed a frame on two of the BDs in the middle of the strat because each slipoff moved the bag). My other idea for Diddy's start involved a BTU jab (already commented on link enfants thread), so I've explored some things :)

Can't watch it yet but now way this beats my scores! 🙃

probably some sort of BD at the start of diddy kong for the setup would be better, and yeah these bds look kinda unspaced out :P
