In my opinion Joe Schmidt is one of the best coaches in the game, so articulate and professional. I saw first hand what he did in France, Ireland and New Zealand. I just hope Australia just give him time, I remember his first few games as Leinster Coach didn't work but by the end of that year they were the best team in Europe. Good luck Aussie
100%. As a Leinster and Irish fan, we absolutely wouldn't be anywhere near where we are today without him. Got us our first win over NZ, back to back Heineken cups. 2013, we came 5th in the 5 nations losing to Italy. He took over a month later, we then drew with NZ and went on to win back to back 6 nations and take a handful of scalps. He needs to be given time, and I guarantee Australian rugby will be back to where it belongs as a powerhouse
