CES is an iconic graffiti writer who began painting in 1980s New York City. A pioneer in the development of the style titled “wild style”, CES has run the gamut of what constitutes a traditional writing career. From trains & street bombing to technical piecing, boosting & the like; paying homage to his roots while transitioning into art making & professional painting. Admitting that graffiti is a young man’s game, his evolution into his practice has helped create a further sense of balance often disturbed by the dedication & discipline it takes to live life as a full-time bomber. Today CES makes art & paints professionally out of his studio, having earned the right to reach this level of longevity through a lifetime of graffiti writing.
