Years ago, there was a singing convention held regularly in a particular church in the town of Kountze, located in southeast Texas. It always ended with this song. Those were the days; real music.
When I listen to the LeFevre trio, it takes me back to the 1950s when they used to sing every week at the met at broad and Poplar Street in Philadelphia. What a joy it was to come to hear them. I think Thea Jones was the pastor of that place then, but I always enjoyed hearing the Lefebvre trio back in the 1950s.

Thank you mom and dad for having music like this, theirs alot of the time, filling the house.
Wish we could get back to kind of gospel singing today to many churches want to get to the hands and feet instead of the heart
