Arm Wrestling exercises. Slowly adding a lb per day on pronation and rise. 9/7/24

  • Today felt even easier than yesterday. I got plenty of sleep so that probably had a lot to do with it.
    I've noticed my shoulder problems clearing up since I'm slowing the weight jumps down and only micro loading.
    Currently at 74lb on rise and 84lb pronation and the lifts feel pretty smooth. I want to hit 120lb on pronation and at least 90-95lb on rise by the end of the cycle. I want to run this for 4-5 weeks.
    I'll see how the progression goes and if it starts getting a lot harder I might go to .5lb jumps. But I'm already making tons of progress as opposed to in the past.

      That and I haven't had an ingrown toenail in awhile
