Asking Amazon Alexa to Make Cookies for Me | Peanut Butter Cookies in My Kitchen

Peanut Butter Cookies
1/2 cup each of butter, sugar, packed brown sugar, peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
*use mixer to combine butter and sugars, mix in peanut butter and egg, add dry ingredients, then mix by hand, roll into a ball, refridgerate for 3 hours, roll into balls, score with fork, bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 7-12 minutes
*I used natural peanut butter in this recipe but any kind will do
