    GUNS: Guns aren't illegal in the UK, just heavily regulated. Plenty of farmers/landowners own shotguns.
    He's clearly not happy about his privacy being invaded by the drone, but if the police saw this footage he'd probably lose his license. There are also strict rules on the usage of drones and the operator might also face prosecution for invasion of privacy/voyeurism.
    BICYCLES:
    It's illegal to ride a bike on the pavement or footpaths in the UK unless your under 11 years of age. You're supposed to get off and push. You can ride on roads, cycle paths and bridle paths. This is to stop pedestrians especially , young children or the elderly from getting knocked down and hurt by cyclists.
    So legally the woman was in the right and the cyclist is the one being a knob-jockey because he's breaking the law.

      Here in Surrey we ride on the pavements, due to the lack of cycling infrastructure, but we do so as long as we are not hindering pedestrians, that means always being polite if a pedestrian let's us through, Or letting pedestrians through when required. The police don't seem to mind and have even giving me a friendly wave and toot as iv hopped up the pavement from the road.

    • @ddlee84
      @ddlee84 9 месяцев назад

      While you are correct you cannot ride on the pavement....no-one has really had anything except a passing copper say "Can you get off the bike please"....and then proceed to push it for around what 5 seconds till the copper has naffed off then started riding the bike again. And if you ever have had anything worse than that you your local police force must have had the slowest of slow days and thought they would have a giggle. The cyclist was being a bit of a dick yes.....but all the woman needed to do was say "Please don't ride on the pavement" been ignored by said dick cyclist and come out smelling of roses. Now she looks like an idoit by eye balling some prat with a phone and accomplished nothing.

    To explain that falL (2:32): he is bouldering... that's climbing walls that are about 4-metres (13-feet) high above thick mats... it's (mostly) safe to fall from that height as long as you land properly (note your feet are _much_ lower than the top of the wall). He actually did a perfect fall... land on two feet, relax and absorb the impact by rolling back. Often you do just lie there thinking about your life choices at that point!

    • @lynnejamieson2063
      @lynnejamieson2063 9 месяцев назад +1

      Technically speaking Kate Middleton is more correct than Princess Catherine. It’s Catherine Princess of Wales (if Diana who was titled from birth couldn’t correctly be called Princess Diana, why would Kate Middleton be) and seeing how she had been referred to as Kate Middleton throughout her marriage until her husband became the Prince of Wales, there really shouldn’t be an issue with her still being called Kate Middleton.

    • @stevefrost64
      @stevefrost64 9 месяцев назад +2

      That's no excuse. She ceased being Catherine (she's never formally been Kate) Middleton at her marriage when she became Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cambridge, a title she and Prince William still hold, and since the late Queen's death and the accession to the throne of the King, they automatically also became Duke and Duchess of Cornwall, Duke and Duchess of Rothsay, Earl and Countess of Carrick, etc. The new King created them Prince and Princess of Wales the day after his accession, as this is not automatically passed down.@@lynnejamieson2063

    • @lynnejamieson2063
      @lynnejamieson2063 9 месяцев назад +3

      @@stevefrost64 and Diana was never formally Di, but she had that from the moment her entanglement with Charles was announced, so I don’t really get your point there. I’m aware of the titles that they’ve had bestowed upon them. I wasn’t actually making excuses, I was just stating facts…and to be perfectly honest I don’t really care. I have no interest in the royal family and see no reason as to why they are deserving of the deference they receive.

    ok, the thing with the train doors is, to stop people from opening the and falling out, the arm that opens the doors "over latches" (ie. it goes just past the close point) so if you pull the door it will open about 1/2 an inch but then bang up against the stop. this means that when the driver/guard presses the door open buttons if you are pulling on the door you are actually holding the closed!! then people being people one panics and the rest follow

    Firearms aren't illegal outright, but anything capable of rapid volume fire AND/OR easily concealable is banned and anything else is heavily restricted. Full length shotguns, air weapons, bolt action rifles are all pretty common and you can have some modified handguns with stocks that increase the overall length to a couple of feet so you can't stick it under a jacket without someone knowing. Sawn-off shotguns and pump-actions over a certain capacity are banned as well.

Cyclists are NOT supposed to be on the pavement. I accept that when on the road, where they're supposed to be, they run a risk of getting run over but that's just a fortuitous bonus.

The lady didnt want it on the plants at rhe plant show so she hosed them down and gave the protesters a bit of water too. Its in the full vid. And the farmer or lord of the mannor guy was on his land and can have a side by side if hes a hunter, so totally legal and shooting down a drone with buckshots is easy peasy fot q man that can bring down a bird or at least a clay pigeon or two. A drone is massive so i could shoot that down as well...

    It's not illegal to have a shotgun so long as you have the correct licence, nor can you just film on private property, and that's a waistcoat not a vest,that's something you would wear under a shirt in the colder weather,and no you can't ride bikes on pavements, you can get off and push it, we have cycle lanes on roads, anywhere in a built up area you get off, we used to be able to ride on pavements but that's many years ago, and we of a certain generation would take a cycling lessons at school and do a test afterwards. That's TRH Prince and Princess of Wales, not been Kate Middleton since 2011 and the person could just walk past as they turned up in the streets of London and people were shopping, we don't have heavy restricted security as you have, we don't have 20 cars for the King and Queen when just a couple will do, even at our late Majesty funeral your president and about 30 cars came with them, really don't understand the ridiculous amount you have

    drone classed aircraft, so endangering aircraft is a serious matter what you will have day in court, criminal offence. his gun license will sure be up for debate he could easy lose that right. some areas you need to call and get permission to fly in a controlled airspace too just like file a flight plan. even distracting someone flying a drone can land you in a lot trouble like ive seen someone trying to attack and take controller that is endangering aircraft and that was reported it metoffice staff he now could have criminal offence as police logged it as a crime and to investigate it and also reported to Civil Aviation Authority who control uk airspace, CAA statutory corporation which oversees and regulates all aspects of civil aviation in the United Kingdom. Its areas of responsibility include: Supervising the issuing of pilots and aircraft engineers licences, testing of equipment, calibrating of navaids, and many other inspections. you can legally fly over private land even without permission, no permission then you must take off and land on public land , you may own land but not airspace , few other laws apply like f you hovering near window at house, if you rec that then police can deal with drone flyer, no evidence then your word and their word its 50/50 and drone may be confiscated for investigation but must have reasonable suspicion it has happened. so many laws what could be used but very strict laws regarding safety flying or endangering aircraft so police and CAA will take it very serious
