The evaluation bar is an engine evaluation. This endgame is anything but easy. And both players were under 20s so no one can blame Kramnik for not winning this.
The great thing about this is that GMs never forget a game. And, given that Kramnik is such a sore loser, this draw will still be haunting him today. No wonder he tried to convince everyone that Hikaru's winning streak was "interesting". No doubt he found that "incredible", like this draw. He clearly doesn't rate Hikaru and doesn't mind showing it in the most dismissive, arrogant ways possible.
