I bring a backup phone and leave it in the hotel safe. If I lose my primary phone, I should be able to access everything if I port everything to the backup from the cloud.

Excellent advice - especially since it also applies to people who are “losers”, like I am! - had a horrible dream last night about losing my entire crossbody bag with phone, id’s and mucho dinero while in Vegas! Well..over the last 24 years have lost my wallet three times in Sin City…plus once lost my young son’s entire holiday cash roll - which he proudly earned himself! - while we were in Hawai’i. So I have a track record with this behavior - I now travel with EVERTHING valuable duplicated, hidden and locked. It’s fricking exhausting to have to travel this way…but the alternatives are much, much worse! Happy and safe travel, everyone!!🌎💕
