Hmm - a smart brother indeed! He was born and raised in Ivory Coast to an Iviorian mother and Senegalese father. I am also a native English speaker who speaks French (and Wolof) and I didn’t detect any Wolof accent. I think his English is actually more advanced than many I know here in the U.S. - LOL! 😌. Jerri Jef!
Makes you proud? The guy exploited his position at CS to transfer funds to Ivory Coast! Just because the Internet and Wikipedia doesn't say a thing (because of political correctness) that doesn't mean that this guy did not manage the bank well.
I will agree with John, his French is solid. However I feel like they should have put caption for this dialogue so that the viewer can easily comprehend the interesting insight from the charismatic CEO! Am proud of his accomplishments as noted by others. Cheers
Do you think Credit Suisse is also susceptible to the uncertainty around the Trade Deal? Very nice that they are not needing the injection of new capital. I think they should raise more capital in anticipation of a pullback. Last year we had the Devastating December, I think by raising new capital, they could take advantage of opportunities. #BeyondTheStockPrice
