In this video, I talk about how to look at alarms, understand them and how to resolve them on an S87XX PBX although this can be translated to other Avaya PBX's as well. Just refer to the Avaya Aura Communication Manager Feature Description and Implementation manual for more information. support.avaya.com, Click on Documentation and select the system and version for your PBX.
This video and my other videos cover the basic functions of the Avaya PBX. I am a former Tier 3 Engineer that worked in Denver and I find helping others is very rewarding. This is a way I can share my training with others both new and experienced with the Avaya PBX telephone systems. Any views and expressions in this or any other of my videos are of my own.
