- After making the decision to end my PCT hike early, I embarked on an unplanned road adventure to decompress from the experience on trail. During these first few days, I spend a lot of time driving north with a couple pitstops, the most notable being Crater Lake in Oregon.

I can remember going to Crater Lake as a young child and still remember how magnificent it was. You did a great job capturing the beauty. Also. Cannon Beach is such an iconic representation of Oregon. Well done. 👊

You should try old growth forest in Washington... nothing like it!
I ended up visiting Olympic NP, it was gorgeous! Can’t wait to head up to that area again :)
