I agree soft balls can be easier to strike, no doubt, but with all respect, all the shots with the 'rock solid pressure' 'properly pumped balls', all had more spin than a knuckleball requires. Granted, there can be some spin on a knuckleball, but it would of been nice to see some proper knuckleballs, even deadballs to actually compare the difference! We strike with properly pumped footballs, and when you hit a knuckleball right, it definitely flies and moves the same as 'soft balls' Just my observation, but great video none the less, very interesting 👊🏻
With a rock hard ball? How do you strike and not feel any sting? I have a slight saddle bone (trauma condition) on my right foot from repeatedly kicking hard balls, it lessens the feeling of striking the ball.

i think when ur not expert this technique don't hit the with ur full power shot its gonna be hard, just hit it gentle and when u master this technique u cant hit it as hard as u can, great work guys, keep it up :D

On a icy cold day it definitely does. I wear an undersock and strapping (for ankle but wrapped around foot), it helps quite a bit.
