Nice community, but all mentioned flats are on the ground floor, not worth the money. You need to face constant ground-floor problems. If you are interested try to find higher floors flats.
@@indiandeveloper4624 I think you can find some land owner share flats in this society. Land owner share flats are selling at around 15-20% discount than the regular price, I saw such flats are selling for around 8000 sft. Make sure you know the history of the flat before engaging.
