I do this all the time when I have extra dough and its the best way to have pizza but don't have the time to make dough. You can reball it and place it into the fridge up to 24-48 hours. The longer the better as it will bring out extra flavors.

    bro, pizza dough gets better with age, best stuff is a week old.

      That might be true but it also becomes weaker as it ferments.
