OR.. time to save the Mistwalker Hood Skill 5 seconds after the opponent proc his undead cape while attacking you when you're low hp. he's low hp already and in range when no more undead cape. Q him to death. hope this helps.

yes, you can kill 7.3 build with stalker jacket or hellion jacket easily as long as you unlock Fire Artillery and the opponent don't swap to reflect jacket skill. hehe

not against cowl of purity can interrupt, not against mistwalker jacket, assassin jacket, badon, basically anything can interrupt that spell.
