Ask if dry hofan soak in the hot water 9r cold after into boiling water

soak the dry noodles in lukewarm water for 20-25 minutes. then, cook the drained noodles in boiling water for 5 to 7 seconds only. remove & drain. rinse. drizzle with some oil.
