These 2 got good friendship chemistry all over. Wish i can find myself a friend like this when i was younger. The older you get, the harder it is because it's hard to tell who's genuine or who's not.
Feel like it’s the opposite. When your young you’re more naive and don’t realize the red flags of friends who aren’t genuine. When you’re older you learn more, and have more self respect and figure out quickly who isn’t true
I think her main issue was that she never got to try because she was too nervous. It’s not just about being a voice actor or… not a voice actor, it’s also about preparation. She didn’t know the lines, meanwhile Shelby has memorized and preformed each of those lines multiple times before. I’m saying this because I’m not a voice actor either, I’m just someone who sits at home and mimics characters habitually lol I would like to see her try again where she’s comfortable and going at her own pace. Most of voice acting is energy matching, not simply copying accents, speech impediments, or anything like that. I realized this BECAUSE of Shelby. What made me realize issssss…. Her voice type is different than most of the original voice actors and you can always hear her voice in the characters she’s playing, but it can still pass as being the character because she can match their energy so well. The amount of passion pushes you to believe it. I didn’t explain this well, but I don’t know how to explain it better. I think that other girl could have done so well. She almost sounded kinda like Barbie if she were an introvert. Stitch and the last one are probs the easiest characters to match because they’re comedic/funny characters and they don’t really have much depth in their energy. The lines chosen for Snow White were song lines, so that adds 3x more pressure because singing is an entirely different talent and she has to combine with voice acting. I think she was trying more at the start, but that’s how most “newbies” are. People seeing that they’re trying their best while they’re making mistakes is an embarrassing thought and they resort to putting in less effort so that it looks like they weren’t trying and it’s easier to just play it off as a joke when they mess up.
