This man in such a nerd and I love it. Could’ve made 100s of different choices but he decided an arcade and a rock room were two rooms he needed to have.
If they looking like that imma need them too
The rocks are the key to his power
They’re not rocks Marie, they’re minerals!
Don't forget his stargazing room with a convertible roof.
and he chose donkeys as well. really different..
‘Actually I’m selling the place, and you scheduled this appointment with me to view it last week… so… yeah of course’
Exactly 😂😂😂
Lmfaooooo definitely
Right
Don’t forget the “let’s do it” sound bite they edited to make it sound like a spontaneous thing 😂
You mean "four months ago"
That guy isn't the owner of the house, it's a realtor.
Still is gonna get a few million when he sells the house
You are neither
Whos going to buy that, some A list celebrity or the creator of some app like tf
@@waves42069Anybody with money. Why does creator of an app come to your head first? 😂

In the hills outside Nashville, a roughly 383-acre estate is coming on the market for $65 million. If it sells for anywhere near that amount, it will shatter the state’s residential sales record, according to listing agent Dan McEwen of the McEwen Group, who said the current high-water mark is $28 million.
The sellers are Larry Keele, a co-founder of investment manager Oaktree Capital Management, and his wife, Leiyan Keele. The couple assembled the property over several years and built a custom home with a guest cottage and several barns, said McEwen.
Wow. Turns out I have a very expensive taste then. 😅
I know I'm late, but thank you for that!
Well since it was all custom built for “Their” needs we will need to reduce the price by $64,999,954 to accommodate our difference in tastes. So do we have a deal?
When the donkeys living nicer than me💀

We’re all one of a bunch it would seem. I envy el burro’s living situation

The rock room was absolutely the cherry on top I need one of those baaaaad
Very cool dude. I hope he gets everything he asked for for his amazing property
The "cool dude" is a realtor, not the owner
Damn a expensive house that doesn’t look like a marble prison 🤯
Southern people have better taste in design
I'm sure the Land is worth as much as the house. ?
@@echo_94that is bollocks there’s ugly and nice houses everywhere

😂🥹‼️ I feel like I live under a bridge now 😭‼️
Me to....with depression along with it.
Me too
Do you not have rock room?
Pro tip, you too can tour rich peoples homes by going to google maps, finding a large or interesting place, copying the address to google and looking for recent sales with pictures.
I found a place that has an above and below ground wood, metal and auto shop with a fully restored original gulfstream parked inside, a private lake with beach, model ships, movie theatre, library, ball courts, and a 360 degree walk around shark/ray tank in the center of the house. Truly insane wealth hoarding
No kidding that's like my dream property, right there. Less light pollution + a stargazing room, acres of land. Beautiful home.
This is the first time I've seen one of these super-expensive mansions, and it was actually cool instead of boring and plain.
Yeah instead of being super minimalist, each room has a purpose and cool things related to that
And furnished nicely. No some hollywood designer junk.
A lot of rich people have horrendous taste. Always nice to see someone who doesn't for a change. I think that living room was gorgeous
It was dope 😮
I found it boring and plain
That man got some positive vibes and he's clearly a successful opportunist, I'm not jealous of the house at all I'm a minimalist but that mineral collection along with the star gazing tower tower got me thirsting for it something fierce.😅
Just so you know, opportunist usually has a negative connotation, and refers to someone who sees value in every situation (even at the expense of morals).
I both am and am not jealous of it. I wouldn't want to live in a place like that but to be able to spend a weekend there especially with that star gazing room would be epic.
Yep rocks & stars! Nothing man-made can compete to what is naturally made.
The donkeys have a nicer place to live than me 💀
This guy legit got the max level mega mansion tycoon house
Rock room hella underrated, I would love to be able to go to the next room and look at all the coolest minerals the earth has to offer.
That would be the first room I would want to see!
If his rock room doesn’t have asbestos rock, his collection ain’t complete
i’m a huge space fanatic, so if i lived there i would absolutely 100% take over that room AND the rock room because rocks are beautiful
I was hoping for a close up of that shot that was really cool.
they’re minerals marie 😭😡🤬😤
“Jesus Christ Marie, they’re not rocks, they’re minerals”
Golden comment - breaking bad
WW 📖🤯
Said hank calmly
Exactly what i wanted to comment
😂
Property tax hit ‘em hard
That living room area is the most perfect thing I’ve ever seen
The “I’m not retarded but I like rocks” guy would be in heaven in that room 💀
He would have a couple of them in his pockets real quick. He wouldn't try to steal them. He just wants to touch them and shit.
Kam 😂
As a geologist, I love the rock room. But I love the retractable roof in the star-gazing room and the donkeys even more!
Wait who?
Comedian you’re referring to is, Kam Patterson
As a geologist I appreciate the last room
As a none geologist, I do as well.

I missed it the first time, had to watch again to see it, broke my damn heart i can't have it🥲
That last room was siiiick
I’m just curious what rocks and minerals were in there lol

The mineral room
It’s so funny Christians want big houses and Muslims want lots of virgins.

Not everyone...
@@twstdreality Not true in the slightest. The little town I live in is fantastic. I grew up around racist garbage in a larger Mid West city (northern Kentucky). I work in a little coffee shop in the downtown area. White, black, brown, tan, whatever...people are just downright nice to one another. It's not an issue here. Life is more laid back and people care about one another. No matter what color you are.
Not in Tennessee anymore. Everyone from California moved in
@@A_shreddingDad Nashville?
That's a shame. Gatlinburg and Memphis were always one of my favorite places to go. I live in a coastal area and a river is in my backyard, the ocean is 30 minutes away and the mountains are a short drive. I can stay in North Carolina forever and not miss a thing. I'm a minority in my little town full of retirees and military bases. Leaving Louisville KY was the best decision we ever made for our family. There's not any forced diversity here by the city. It's organic. People of so many different races live in my neighborhood alone. It's a fantastic group of people!
Man the owner was chill dude i love it we need more people like this in the world
Of course he's flexing

I live a mile from the natchez trace bridge and wondered
When he said, "the stars out here at night are..." I finished it with a "are big and bright" and 4 claps. Then, I read the caption and felt tricked. 😂😂😂
Deep in the heart of texas!!
I thought I was the only one who thought of that!
Dude built his house in creative mode
Bro bought this for 20m and wants 65m. He expects a 225% return. These sellers are the real problem bro I swear.
That's actually one of the coolest houses I've seen. Usually, these expensive homes look to extravagant and boring, but this house had so much soul. Maybe it's the farm style, but it just seems wonderful.
I think it showed the owners heart as opposed to many whose soul has been sold or they are heartless
Because it has a farm and it's in Tennessee. If it was in California, you'd be calling it excessive and soulless.
And it has miniature donkeys! ❤
Completely agree. I loved the aesthetic
Exactly. Contrary to most of the extravagant or very expensive places, I think I would actually love it there. Everything there fits my personality.
This is such a cool home.
Bro forgot to ask what he works as 💀
probably whatever his last name is

Why every time I see these videos the coolest houses are always for sale 😭
Guys I’m saying this bc I rlly thought they’d want to keep the house bc it looks so cool but obvi I’m dumb and don’t know how this stuff works so thx sm for the info 🫶
because its staged
Well even if they’re staged it’s still expensive houses
Also the reason they’re on sale is mostly because it’s really expensive to pay the bills for those houses
All the houses owners a paying him to promote their place
Why you cute asf
Ummm this is amazing and has so much I would love! Wow just beautiful 😍
How I wish I were you as 🤑
What beautiful place. Such perfection 👌 I'd do anything to live there

He seems so down to earth for being that rich!!
Plenty of rich people are really down to earth. Definitely not all, but you’d be surprised. Having money doesn’t necessarily make someone greedy or mean.
You know he is trying to sell a 65 million dollar house right ?
He may be the butler.
He’s just the realtor. No one has lived here yet. It’s a new build from & awesome architect. The address is 5845 Old 96, Franklin, TN 37064 & it’s up on realtors website
That place is ok, but I prefer my 1 bedroom apartment --- as I cry in the corner 😢
No bowling alley is awesome cause everyone has a bowling alley this house actually has some character with the ability for astronomy, messing with donkeys, and a movie and wine spot not to mention the dope rock collection worth every penny if you ask me
Definitely the best mansion I have seen. It is very well planned and designed. No faults whatsoever and the set up is so awesome!

He only has 30 mil in it.
I will have a house like this to raise my family in someday

“What a coincidence”
Exactly 😂
Actually nice layout and features. Not a bunch of useless flashy placeholders that won’t ever be used that usually are there just to make the house more expensive.
That one guy who said money can’t buy happiness 💀
It’s hard to sell places like that cuz there’s all of 7 people that can afford it. I wouldn’t be surprised if it sells for 10 million
“They’re minerals Marie!!” 😡
He seems like such a cool guy. Beautiful home.
"So.. This is the rock room"
"... They're minerals Marie...."
This is like the end of Candide when they visit the rich guy’s house and he’s kinda over it all. At least that’s how I cope with not having a $65m house
That's definitely no ordinary home❤
