Yearly property tax = $3.75 million Yearly utilities = $60,000+ Yearly insurance = $1+ million Annual salary for personal Chef and crew = $700,000+ Annual salary for cleaning crew = $500,000+ Annual salary for grounds keeping crew = $300,000+ Property tax is taken from Tennessee's tax rules which is 25% of assessed value so I used the $15 million as the value so this tax could be less but also could be much more. There might be tax breaks to lower property tax and utilities will depend on monthly usage. Insurance will mostly depend on value of personal belongings plus there's the 80% rule which is 80% of the dwelling cost and in this case it's $12 million. So the main cost of insurance would be how much premium a $12 million dwelling cost would pull. This is just the basics on house insurance so not sure if houses in this price range are different.
