Does not look like a house. It has SMALL homes 10 feet away on both sides Looks like a parking lot in front of the house...AND IT HAS NO VIEW ! $25 MILLION - you are insane ! IT IS NOT WORTH HALF THAT MUCH... "MAYBE" 8 MILLION... BUT I WOULD NEVER BUY IT FOR THAT.

@@CARNIVOREat60 30 years ? And still don't know which is most costly neighborhood? Such a shame
Plus this house is costly because this much land also cost a lot in this neighborhood

We've lived in two gated communities in La Jolla over the past 25 years. While this home is beautiful, it may sit on the market as long as others in the area that actually have ocean views. Another mansion with more land, a more beautiful design, and direct access to the private area of Black's Beach took three years to sell, originally listed at $27 million and finally selling for $16 million. Given that, this house is definitely not worth $25 million.

Wow! It should be illegal for one person to own this. This should be a wellness resort center for people who lack joy in their lives. If you are depressed, your therapist should recommend a week in this place where you will be pampered to the extreme and have some chick that looks like Rihanna tending to you. That's what this marvelous structure should be used for. Frankly it is wasted as a home. It is just too much beauty for one person or family to hoard. This place should be shared with the world. Companies should send their staff to places like this on holidays as a thank you gift for working so hard. Really. This must be what heaven looks like. 😀

How stupid do you have to be to pay 25 million for a house.
