The Neverending Story...my favorite movie as a child. I watched it and Labyrinth almost every day....that is until my sisters took my tapes and destroyed them. I have never forgotten that...25 years later I'm still traumatized.
This is one of my favorite movie spots youve hit yet man. Glad you go to show where this was filmed for this shot. Thanks for sharing Adam made me as excited as you were when you recorded this. Great stuff!
The first one was amazing and epic. The second and third gave it a sense of humor that basically destroyed the epic sense that the first movie gave off, especially the third.
Neverending Story is an AWESOME flick! One of my all-time Favs! It is definitively one of the best family films of all time. Watch it if you haven't. :-)
How could i forget this movie,my little sister would watch it over and over, drove me and my brother nuts, don't get me wrong,i still like it.I'll be passing your video on to them,i'm sure they will get a kick out of it too. Thanks,i love your filming locations.
The BEST of British! Like the Flash Gordon movie from the same era. :-) I was 11 when I went to see this in the cinema, The ONLY other film I had ever seen in the cinema before then was Smurfs And The Magic Flute. Thanks for showing us these locations, I have the movie on DVD. I have 6 kids now, and they love it too, seeing their reactions, kinda makes me share their experience of the movie, and Im that 11 year old all over again. :-)
I've had 1&2 since my first dvd player over a decade ago an never watched them yet, my grandparents had a hardcover book when I was a kid that had the same intertwined snakes on it I never opened it up to see what it was though
love that movie! Yea a few months ago I saw on tv and loved reliving it! Thanks for showing the locations! Lol what you didnt dumpster dive? You could find some good thiiiings! lol
You are so freeeakingggg attractive Adam! Your passion for scene locations is so adorable. Mrs woo is one lucky woman. And your bully= homeless rant cracked me up.
Lmao😂the reason its called the NeverEnding Story is not because of the film or the book ending its the countless readers and watchers of the book and movie. If you watch the film closely towards the end the Empress explains Atreyu is the first part of the story as hes the hero, Bastian is the second part as he shares Atreyus adventures from the book and others (which is us) are sharing Bastians through the film. So we are the third part of the story! And as we pass it on to our kids, grandkids etc they will share it to theirs which what makes in NeverEnding.
That is most excellent, glad you found the spot! That weird building is Harbour Center, there's a rotating restaurant at the top. Have a great time in Canada - stay dry.
@adamthewoo The Neverending Story is one of my favorites. It's strange for me to see that location because it looks bigger in the movie but that's just me I guess.
This is so cool, amazing how you find this stuff out. Wonder how many people who live there don't realize this. I saw the movie in my 3rd grade class with the other 3rd grade class, we combined our classes when they were showing us movies. Not long after that the sequel was released and saw that in the theatre. The neverending comment Aaaaaaahh The neverending comment Aaaaaaahh The neverending comment Aaaaaaahh The neverending comment Aaaaahh
Cool, Vancouver is a great place. Adam, shame you cant jump on the bus and travel about 1.5 hrs to Hope BC, this is where they filmed the 1982 movie First Blood starring Sylvester Stallone. :-)
hey bud next time if you spill the cafee on yourself you will wake up faster then if you drunk it down if u do that it will b so funny haha the daily spill just like once i was in my truck ans spilled a big cup of docter pepper all over the place i was like s hit
The building you’re referring to at 7:18 is the Vancouver lookout, there’s a restaurant up there that rotates around the glass windows, here check this video out and skip it to 8:48 and you’ll be able to see the Alley you’re in from up there, ruclips.net/video/e7cZNp7mRxE/видео.html
Guess if you were in a U.S. in a Train yard Filming, you'd never have gotten this up, Because of the Homeland Security Beat down and Lack of WiFi in Gitmo ??

I remember seeing this movie back when I was young :)
Yes some scenes in that very same alley actually! The roof of that parkade was used in a big fight scene.
Every time it rained it seemed like my elementary school played that movie during P.E.
New intro tag line "...The daily Woooooooooo - Here comes the big dragon!!"
Glad you were able to post from up there.

Another awesome video from The Wooooo!!!!!!!! Are you getting tired from touring yet Adam?
They filmed Rumble In The Bronx, starring Jackie Chan there in Vancouver too.
its be a long time since I seen it but as I rember it was great movies
Those things on the edge of the sidewalk at the intersection are called bollards.
Adamthewoo: If I look up the movie on youtube what time do these scenes appear at?
Well, besides the three movies, the miniseries, and the tv show and cartoon, the Neverending Story has ended.
Your right Adam,..... They had a dumpster there& they piled into it,........ :). Good job.
Gas Town in Vancouver! Been there!
Saying Vancouver, Canada is like saying Kissimmee, United States instead of Kissimmee, Florida. Normally it would be Vancouver, British Columbia.
I guess some things in that area have not changed since the filming took place there.
Tim Hortons double double not Starbucks here Adam .
If it was The Never Ending Story then why was there a sequel?
if i was in Vancouver and saw a flying dragon, I would have to jump in a dumpster but it would be in Tijuana from running so fast.
hey bud next time if you spill the cafee on yourself you will wake up faster then if you drunk it down if u do that it will b so funny haha the daily spill just like once i was in my truck ans spilled a big cup of docter pepper all over the place i was like s hit

Hey Adam, are you on a cross Canada tour?
I was always afraid of the creepy 'guardians.' How they fell apart with creepy voice......let alone cook you alive with a single beam from their eye
Yup you got it right!

you still need some coffee from tim hortons,, its great stuff
