I've wanted to suggest an uncharged charge shot only challenge for a long time now. Maybe even do it damageless with twin heart charm if it isn't too masochistic.
Edit: In hindsight I should have actually suggested a boss to do it in. Phantom Express or Beppi the Clown seem fine in terms of difficulty. Grim Matchstick and Rumor Honeybottoms are good candidates too but they sound like torture to me.
Not changing directions is a cool idea. You have to use the cloud to go back to the left side of the screen.

The ‘not changing directions’ method is how I beat the secret boss! Granted, it took me many tries, but I eventually got it.

Challenge idea: Werner Werman but on phase 2 you can only stay on the top platform
Hint: use wetstone to increase air time to avoid fire. I tried the challenge and it is possible.

Oh, I did this in this same way with the crackshot a few days ago. I didn't realise I was no supposed to stand on the cloud the whole time :D

I know you didn't ask me, but you can use crackshot as a 1st weapon and charge as the second one. Use charge in the last phase, crackshot in the first two. And parry ring as a charm.
That's what worked for me. With charge you will see how the dragon dies almost immediately in the last phase.
Also Super I. Use it in the second and third phase or in the first one and the third one. It's more likely that you will end up using it in 2nd phase and 3rd phase.

Thats basically required, and I would recommend to peashooter, spread, crackshot(kinda), and super 1 if you struggle at dealing damage, super 2 for surviving longer with immunity
@@Trustyyyyyy For the phantom express? 1st weapon converge, 2nd weapon spread. Converge will work for the first phase. Spread for the rest. Charm? Ms. Chalice. Super I or II. Alternatively, you can use Cuphead or Mugman with the parry ring.
If you are having trouble while shooting the pumpkins, use crackshot for the other phases that are not the first one.
Challenge: on king gauntlet the one guy with the axe and the heads you should beat it while keeping the first head on screen the entire match.

a challenge is beating the dlc with the worse damage set up, that way you don't have to do the whole base game

Is it possible to beat Mortimer freeze when standing in the exact same spot AND jumping repeatedly.
The cloud is his only way of going back since he couldn’t move back since that would count as changing which side the devil is on
This is actually how I did it on my first time beating it. I found it much easier to just stay on the cloud and make small movements to dodge lol.
Hey, I have a problem so I tried getting the secret boss in the graveyard on Nintendo switch, I tried holding the ZR + ZL buttons but nothing worked, i did the same thing with R + L. Oh and also I tried creating a new save and going into the dlc again you know these 3 people near the mountains, these people said something different in my other save. Any ideas what to do and please help D:

Isn't standing on the clouds the easier way? That's how I always beat it
