Just thinking what they saying .. contains lots of double meanings that I feel. Such as 4:40 I don't think Jimmy doesn't remember the correct hashtag he posted last night. But the sentence coming from his mouth is: 「Tommy, I want to let you know I love you.」 and Tommy response with 「Want to let you know that I love Tommy. 」 when he looking at the exact hashtag still say it in the wrong-way. They are both make me think that one is telling the truth in some joking way and another response with a statement to tell everyone this boy is loving me in a joking way. Then Jimmy correct Tommy the hashtag, his cover. song named 「“ I want to let you know that I love you" Tommy」 when he says it, sounds more than just a hashtag to me, more like say this again to Tommy, yes, I am telling you instead it just a hashtag. Actually this song first came out Tommy's mouth was, a time on the Live he with Jimmy, share one favorite song to him, I remembered he said it, then Jimmy repeated it. That was looks like they are telling each other. I dont know what to think, but simple words coming out of mouth is more powerful than I think. Maybe, they are just kidding, but I heard something call fondness/like/love sth similar things. Mii2 always talk like that, the way, fooling us around, and maybe themselves too.
