Tereasa as always thank you so much for sharing, I've learned so much and so much more to learn. Tiny steps right. Love, love, love translucent clay ❤️ 💙 💖
I’ve attempted to make this cane a few times but kept missing something. So, I started with your early tutorials and absorbed everything you were sharing. I finally bought the square cane builders with some other tools. OMG, what a difference. These will not be one of those tools that I use once and throw in the drawer and never use again. The cane may not be perfect but to me it is perfect. Thank you for sharing your skills with all of us. ❤
Thank you Teresa, it's a gorgeous technique & a real game changer for me. I especially like the blue heart and moon necklace you show at the end and next to the piece with the golden under layer you wouldn't believe they were all using the same technique.
OH WOW! OK lunch is finished. Did a once through on the video...Now to decide on a color scheme...and OFF to the land of canes I go! Thank you so much! LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
Thank you so so much! It was easy to understand. I will say it did not turn out as nice as yours but my first time I was sooooo Happy! I followed your instructions and made 3 beautiful pendants! I love them💕
I haven't been working with clay for a while. That turned out great. I LOVE working with the translucent clay. I need to get back in with it and get creative again!! Thank you for sharing. you have inspired me to get back into one of my very first creative loves!! Thanks.
Words fail me how much I like this. Wish I was in the US so I cud come to your classes. You are very talented. Thanks for sharing. I am so nervous of translucent but going to change that.
love them all!! i wish you could come to new zealand to give lessons and bring products as well that we can buy,i have been following you for 2or 3 years and have learnt alot from you so thank you so very much
I remember watching videos from you years ago where Spike had cut you some templates from wood I think... And now you've got a whole line of wonderful Lucite tools to sell... It's neat to see how your claying has progressed over time! :D also funny and neat to see Spike... Or his hand anyway ;) Thanks for the great tutorial!
I had to laugh because at every junction I thought, oh, how pretty! Then you would do the next step and I would gasp. By the end of the video I may have been hyperventilating. :-) I learned so much from this film and thank you so, so much!
I love your work, the way you come up with ideas that just seem to pop into your head at the moment. You inspire me, not to copy you, but to use my imagination and take my time. Thank you for sharing your techniques! I have a question: where do you get your antique gold eye screws? I can only find silver. In fact, where to you get your antique gold findings? They're beautiful.
Amei Teresa!!!!
Very pretty canes. I’d never of thought to put that pretty colored cane under the translucent cane but it turned out so pretty. I just don’t know how you do it. Guess I’m afraid to try things for fear of wasting clay but I guess you have to to find out.
Hi Teresa I love your videos, you fascinate me the way you keep your work so clean and tidy, and I must say you are responsible for all the items I've made, and sold, I do tell people on buying them that it was you who was my teacher, but I've not made anything for a while due to health, I got all my clay out to pick up where I left off and went blank, I made a blue/ white Skinner blend plug and froze, could you suggest a video on how to pandorify it please, it's giving me a headache. Blessings Gaynor.x
Thank you, Gaynor. I'll bet your blue and white cane would make a pretty monochrome cane. Try this video with your plug instead of the translucent and see how you like it.
This is so fun!! I’ve always loved the idea of translucent clay, but the things I’ve made so far have been a bit underwhelming. But I’m gonna keep on keepin’ on! lol Thanks for the inspiration, T!
I love this and am going to try it as soon as I get off the computer. I wanted to know - those bails you used, I really like them - what are they called and where might I find similar bails?
I enjoy watching your videos, very much, you make it look so easy. The jewelry that you made is beautiful. Do you sell your pieces and if so, do you have a site where I an view them. Thank you for taking the time to give us these videos, I really appreciate it. :)
