Got into the Acropolis myself, but I had booked the Meteora tour from Athens and got a confirmation email including two graphics on where to be at the time. We were there well in advance, double checked for being EXACTLY at the spot, which was marked clearly on both graphics. As there was no bus at 8 o'clock I called the office phone number indicated in the email, but only got to talk to the answering machine. 3 minutes later I called again, spoke to a human and was told to look on the other side of the very wide road but there were no busses to be seen. I was told to wait, and the lady spoke to the driver and when I called again a few minutes later she told me that the bus had left at 8.05 - which is impossible if already at 8.03 there were no busses in sight. In the meanwhile, also, another couple spoke to us, who also had not encountered the bus, following the same instructions. Obviously therefore it can not be my fault for not encountering the bus, I asked for reembursement, was told to write an email, but obviously never got a reply. I don't know what the system is behind this faulty communication, but my advice is, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

@@Headout-Official yes i browsed through various options to see rome and got assistance from chat to select two tours ,will join your organized tour hopefully during october end or november 1 st week.
