It was really sweet and thoughtful even if they weren't the ones who caused or had anything to do with the accident except owning the bus. They really took good responsibility. Also glad that most of those people are okay.

They are actually obligated by law to cover the medical bills and other expenses of the victims, but many bus companies here go the extra step and might even give scholarships to the children of deceased and disabled passengers

Except for the driver didn’t mess up. A car made a sudden stop in front of him and he did his best to try to safely stop. It wasn’t his fault it was the butthole who decided to make an illegal stop in the middle of busy traffic.

Im not sure if it is true, but here in the philippines when a bus of a bus company got into an accident and the authorities confirmed that the accident happend because the driver did not take precautions. The company must pay for the injuries and damages that they cause. If they dont do that, their company will be shut down by the government. Im dont know that much about the law in my country but the things that i said usually happens in a bus accident or any accident that is caused by the property of a company.
Now that the audio was being used to showcase some terrible post accidents. Makes me fucking traumatized everytime I heard the audio. And also this one, it brings another trauma from my childhood.
