Thank you so much for this video Coach Anderson. My first year of coaching was 1992, and it was abysmal. I didn't know much football and tried to piece together an offense that just didn't work. The next year, I re-read Coach Ellison's book, simplified the passing concepts and combined them with a simplified version of the Joe Gibbs running game and we went to the championship game. I have been a run and shoot/air raid devotee ever since. As an aside, now that my kids are grown, I am thinking of coaching overseas. I would be interested in a video outlining your experiences doing that.
Coach, Great stuff here on the RNS. I am a huge fan of Kevin Donley and Red Faught offenses, as they are wonderful examples of complete systems of run and shoot.
Thank you. I am going to be honest. If you do not have your master's degree it is going to be tough, but you never know. It just depends on being at the right place at the right time.
Awesome stuff coach !!!!! Love the R&S .

Thank you.
What's the formation called? And with 2x2 in the slot?
Great stuff Coach Anderson. Also is it too late for a person to pursue a head college coaching career in their late 40's?
Not at all
