Sorry, in the TCG industry the term OCG is usually used to refer to the Japanese version of Yu-Gi-Oh!, where it's called Official Card Game.
We don't know if this is coming to app Shadowverse, at least not for a very long time because Worlds Beyond isn't coming until next year's Spring.
